Read business reports for a selected period
Use one date filter to compare customer, booking and activity signals, while keeping recorded service values separate from payments.
Reviewed:
Open ReportButton names are shown in English and Vietnamese where useful. Your workspace language may differ from this guide.
Open a consistent period
- Open Report from the main menu. Confirm the active business.
- Choose the date range using the shared period control. The dashboard sections use that period in the business timezone.
- Read the summary metric names and notes before comparing numbers. A count of bookings is not automatically a count of completed visits.
Inspect the details
- Use the in-page section links to reach the area you need instead of changing unrelated filters.
- Review the daily chart and the metric rows beneath it. Expand daily details when you need to see which day changed the total.
- Read activity entries with their dates and statuses. Load the next page when more activity is available.
- Treat an unavailable/incomplete value as unavailable, rather than assuming it is zero.
- Compare periods with the same length and meaning. Record which period and business you used when sharing a number with the team.
Interpret checkout and money carefully
Checkout Board records services and tips; payments happen through your payment system. A recorded checkout amount is not proof of a successful card charge or bank settlement. Check the relevant booking/customer record for operational questions and the payment provider for money collected.
When a total seems wrong
Recheck date boundaries, business timezone, current filters and the underlying booking/customer entry. Allow the page to finish loading rather than adding test visits to change the total. Contact support with the business, period, metric label and one example record. See Checkout Board and Message History for their own outcome details.
