Prepare an account or personal-data deletion request
Specify the data and business involved, verify authority and review the official deletion instructions.
Reviewed:
Read deletion instructionsButton names are shown in English and Vietnamese where useful. Your workspace language may differ from this guide.
Identify the intended scope
- Decide whether the request concerns one customer, one business or the owner's shared account.
- Check whether the owner has other businesses. Do not describe deletion of one location as deletion of the whole owner login.
- Record the business and relevant record reference. Collect only information needed to identify the request.
Prepare before submitting
- Confirm the request comes from the owner/person authorised for the affected information.
- Review future bookings and any business information that must be retained or exported through supported tools.
- Review billing and renewal. A deletion request is not itself confirmation of a refund or completed renewal change.
- Open the official Data Deletion page and follow its current instructions.
- Contact support@tap2check-in.com when you cannot complete the process or need the scope clarified.
Verification and follow-up
Reply through the official support channel when identity/authority needs confirmation. Do not send passwords, PINs, card details or recovery links. Keep the request reference and read the outcome before assuming all affected systems have been updated.
Customer privacy requests
If a customer requests removal, confirm which contact they used with this business and what they want removed. Do not ask for unrelated private details or delete another similarly named profile. Follow the official process and Privacy Policy; this guide does not promise a retention period or override legal obligations.
