Setup & account
Check the business before opening to customers
Work through setup, public links and staff handoff without assuming that saving settings automatically publishes a website.

Prepare the business details
- Confirm the active location and owner access. Keep a recovery email available to the owner.
- Review business details: name, address, public phone, private owner phone and logo.
- Set business hours, timezone and closure dates. Review existing booking conflicts.
- Check services, durations, prices, online visibility and staff assignments.
- Check staff, working hours and any PIN/turn setup used by the team.
Walk through customer tasks
- Open the public booking page from the workspace and check a real available future date.
- Check whether any service requires approval and ensure staff know who decides incoming requests.
- Test the QR destination and customer check-in. Complete only a deliberate test visit, using details you are authorised to use.
- Check the reward wording and progress rules. Do not invent historical visits when moving paper-card progress.
Prepare communications and account access
- Review notification recipients and device permissions.
- Check SMS balance and customer consent before enabling message-heavy workflows. Automation rules start off and should be reviewed individually.
- Read the current subscription/access status and dates. Saving setup does not purchase a plan or publish a website.
- Give the team the Help Center links for the actual workspaces they will use.
Verify the outcome
Check that public links open the correct business, required services have available times and staff can find the operating screens. If a website or public page is not available, contact support with the URL and visible message. Do not change ownership, repeatedly buy a plan or make another business to force it live.
