Customers & daily work

Find, add and update customers

Find the existing profile first, add only the details needed and carry over loyalty progress without inventing visits.

Open Customers

Button names are shown in English and Vietnamese where useful. Your workspace language may differ from this guide.

Find the existing profile

  1. Open Customers. Enter the customer's name or phone in search; use tag filters for groups and wait for the list to update.
  2. For phone searches, try the full number without spaces or brackets. Check the business calling code if the customer used a local number.
  3. Clear filters when the expected person is not shown. Match contact information before opening a similarly named customer.

Add a customer

  1. Select Add Customer only after checking for an existing record.
  2. Enter the customer's name and own phone. Add email and birthday only when appropriate and supplied by the customer.
  3. Leave marketing consent off unless the customer actually gave the required permission; having their phone is not permission.
  4. Enter starting loyalty progress only when transferring a verified previous balance. This is not a new visit or a cash/earned-point balance.
  5. Save once. Open the new profile to check contact details, progress and any rewards created by complete reward thresholds.

Use and maintain the profile

  1. Review loyalty status before offering or redeeming a reward.
  2. Open Activity & Bookings for booking and service records, including saved checkout records when available.
  3. Add a short useful note; avoid sensitive information the team does not need.
  4. Use the supported edit action to correct contact information, then save and search again to verify the change.

If something looks wrong

Starting progress does not generate check-in history, marketing messages or earned-point transactions. Do not add fake visits to reproduce old paper cards. If you find duplicate profiles or a phone change affects reward lookup, contact support with the affected records rather than deleting history yourself.
