Have these details ready

Confirm the customer's name, contact details, requested services, preferred staff and date. Check for an existing booking before creating another.

Create the booking

  1. Open Bookings and select New Booking, or choose an available calendar time.
  2. In Select services, choose the services the customer needs, then continue. Check the combined duration and price.
  3. In Select staff, choose Any staff or the customer's requested person. Confirm they can perform the selected service.
  4. In Select time, choose the date and an available time. Read the appointment in the business timezone; do not shorten the service to squeeze it in.
  5. In Customer information, enter the phone to find the existing customer and confirm the name. Use the customer's own contact; email and notes are optional.
  6. Review customer, services, staff and notes. Read any messaging options shown; notifications may use SMS Tokens when enabled.
  7. Save once and wait for success. Repeated clicks or recreating the booking can result in separate appointments.

Check the saved appointment

  1. Open it from the calendar or All Bookings.
  2. Read back the date, time, service and staff to the customer.
  3. Staff-created bookings are scheduled directly. A service's approval requirement applies to customer-created requests; it does not make this staff-created booking pending.

If a time or customer is missing

Clear unintended filters and check staff/service assignments, hours and time blocks. Check Customers before making a duplicate profile. If saving times out, search the calendar and list for the booking first; only retry after confirming it was not created.
