Before saving a record

Checkout Board must be enabled for your account. Have the services actually performed and staff assignments ready. Continue taking payment through your existing POS or payment method.

Find or add the visit

  1. Open Checkout Board and choose the workday. Search by customer name/phone or filter for visits without a saved record.
  2. Find the correct booking or check-in row. For an unlisted walk-in, use Add Walk-In to find the existing customer first; create a profile only if needed.
  3. If a check-in is suggested as belonging to a booking, read the customer, time and service and confirm the link. Do not merge separate visits just because the phone matches.

Save the services performed

  1. Find the intended visit. For a scheduled booking, select Check-in when the customer arrives. When service begins, select Start Serving. The primary action becomes Checkout while the visit is being served. Open it when you are ready to record the services performed.
  2. Select each service actually completed and the staff member who performed it.
  3. Review prices and currency. Add the actual tip and a short visit note if needed.
  4. Read the complete record and select Save Checkout Record once. This saves service history and completes a linked booking through the normal completion process.
  5. Wait for success, then verify the row shows a saved record. If the save result is unclear, reopen the row before trying again.

Correct a saved record

Use Edit record on that visit, review the saved services and change only the incorrect fields. Save and reopen to confirm the correction. The record also appears in Customers → Activity & Bookings.

What the record does not mean

It is not a card charge, receipt from your payment provider or a separate cash ledger. Do not use its total as proof that payment was collected. If two people edited the same visit, reload the latest record before saving another change.
