Before you start
Have the owner's login email or private owner phone and password ready. The public business phone is not the login phone.
Sign in to the correct business
- Open Sign in. Enter the owner email or private owner phone, then the password. Use the eye button only when it is safe to show the password.
- Select Sign in to workspace. If a list of businesses appears, choose the location you are working on.
- Check the business name in the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar. Before changing a setting, confirm that this is the right location.
- On a phone, use the sidebar button to reveal navigation. Close the menu after choosing a workspace so the content has room to display.
Find the right workspace
- Open Bookings for the calendar. Expand the Booking section for All Bookings, services, staff, turns and Booking Settings.
- Open Checkout Board, when available, to record services performed. Payment still takes place through your usual payment system.
- Use Customers for profiles and rewards, Feedback for responses, and Message History to check delivery outcomes.
- Open Business Settings for business details, operating hours, check-in, rewards, QR and notifications. Booking-specific policies live in Booking Settings.
- Use the SMS balance in the header to open SMS Tokens. The account menu contains Subscription, Billing & Invoices, app installation and sign-out.
Confirm that you are ready
Work through the setup checklist, then open the public booking/check-in pages from your account. Read the business name and test the expected steps before sharing links.
If access does not look right
- Wrong business: use the account menu's business switcher when you own several locations. Do not edit another location to compensate.
- Forgotten password: follow password recovery.
- Missing workspace: check subscription access and enabled features, then contact support. A missing action is not a reason to create another owner account.
