Check SMS Tokens and buy a package

Read the wallet, active Token buckets and recent transactions before choosing a one-time package.

Open the dedicated wallet

  1. Select the SMS balance in the workspace header, or open SMS Tokens. Use this page for Tokens; use Subscription for the annual plan and billing access.
  2. Review available, added, used and expiring Tokens. Read the dates/conditions on each active bucket rather than treating every Token as having the same expiry.
  3. Review recent transactions and their purpose. A recent-only list is not necessarily the complete ledger.
  4. Check the account's estimated SMS capacity. The estimate uses the configured Tokens per SMS; it is not a promise of one Token per customer message.

Estimate the next send

  1. Preview the complete message, including business branding and required ending text.
  2. Check eligible recipients and personalisation. Long names or longer content can change the segment count.
  3. Compare the estimated Token requirement with the available balance. Email and device notifications do not use SMS Tokens.

Purchase deliberately

  1. Review the one-time packages displayed in SMS Tokens, including the current USD price and quantity.
  2. Choose the intended package and read its confirmation before opening secure checkout.
  3. In checkout, verify the business, package, final price and tax before paying. Do not send card details to support.
  4. Return to the workspace after payment and refresh/recheck the wallet and transaction. If processing is pending, inspect the payment result before buying the same package again.

Trial and sending problems

The trial includes 100 trial Tokens, not a monthly Starter allowance. Read their actual expiry in the wallet. A low balance can cause a message to be skipped; topping up does not mean every old message should be replayed. Opted-out or non-consenting marketing recipients remain ineligible even with a positive balance. See Message History.
