Review the annual plan, invoices and renewal
Check the business subscription and official billing actions before paying or changing renewal.

Review the current access
- Confirm the active business, then open Subscription from the account menu.
- Read the plan, status, access-through date and renewal information. A past trial date does not override a current paid or granted annual period.
- The paid catalog sells Starter Annual; Early Access is its first-year offer. Read the account's actual checkout terms and final tax rather than treating an old screenshot as a quote.
- Use the dedicated SMS Tokens page for the wallet and one-time packages. They are separate from automatic annual plan renewal.
Activate the paid plan
- Select the available annual activation/subscribe action.
- If a first-paid-checkout SMS package prompt appears, review and choose the required package before continuing. Follow the account's current eligibility, not an old guide's skip option.
- Read the annual plan, one-time items and subtotal, then verify the final total/tax in secure checkout.
- Pay only when authorised to purchase. Leaving checkout does not prove payment; recheck the workspace status after returning.
Find invoices or manage renewal
- Use Billing & Invoices in the account menu or the billing-management action on Subscription.
- Review the official billing page's invoices, payment method and available subscription actions.
- Read the effective date before confirming a renewal change. Auto-Renewal Off on an otherwise active paid plan means the active period continues to its shown end date without the next automatic charge.
- Check the saved renewal state when you return. Do not buy a second subscription to resolve a delayed status update.
When a charge or invoice needs review
Contact support with the business, purchase date and invoice/reference. Do not include full card details. Read the refund/dispute guide; closing access and receiving a refund are separate matters.
