Copy and share the public booking link
Get the link from the active business, test it and use the same destination in signs and external business profiles.
Reviewed:
Open booking calendarButton names are shown in English and Vietnamese where useful. Your workspace language may differ from this guide.
Get the official link
- Open the intended business in the workspace and check its name.
- Open the public booking link/control in Booking or Business Settings. Copy the link supplied there rather than guessing a URL from the display name.
- Open it in a separate tab and confirm the business, services, staff and future availability.
- If access is unavailable, check the visible business/plan status and contact support. Copying a link does not activate an account or publish a website.
Share it where customers book
- Paste the checked link into your website's booking button or the appointment field offered by your external business listing.
- If editing Google Business Profile or another provider, sign in as an authorised manager and follow that provider's current editing instructions. Field names and eligibility are controlled by that service.
- Save/publish the external edit through its normal review process, then open the public profile as a customer to test the resulting button.
- For a printed sign, open Business Settings → QR Code and choose Booking as the destination before exporting.
Verify after changes
Check the destination again after a public link/branding change. Existing printed codes keep their encoded URL; downloading a different poster does not rewrite a print already at the desk.
Troubleshoot the destination
Wrong business: replace the link with the one from the intended account. No available times: check service assignments, business/staff hours and blocks. An external profile not displaying a button is a separate provider issue; keep the working direct booking link available while resolving it.
