Contact support with the information needed

Prepare a clear issue report without sharing passwords, payment details or unnecessary customer information.

Reviewed:

Button names are shown in English and Vietnamese where useful. Your workspace language may differ from this guide.

Find the relevant record first

  1. Note the active business and the workspace where the problem happened.
  2. For a booking, open its current details. For SMS/email, open Message History; for payment, review Subscription and invoices.
  3. Check the guide for the task and the visible error/action. Do not repeatedly submit a payment or send while investigating.

Prepare the request

  1. State what you were trying to do and the steps immediately before the problem.
  2. Include the business name, date/time with business timezone, page URL and booking/message/invoice reference when relevant.
  3. Explain what you expected and what actually happened. Say whether it affects one record or the whole workspace.
  4. Attach a clear screenshot only after removing unrelated names, phone/email details, access tokens and full card data.
  5. Email support@tap2check-in.com, or use the support destinations supplied in your workspace. Keep replies in the same thread.

After contacting support

Watch the reply address and provide only the verification requested through the official channel. Never disclose an owner password, staff PIN, recovery link or browser session cookie. If a problem blocks today's operations, explain the deadline and a safe temporary workflow already in use.

Keep changes controlled

Do not delete/recreate a business, customer history or subscription to fix a display issue. Ask support before irreversible cleanup. If another team member is investigating, share the case reference so separate actions do not create duplicate bookings, sends or purchases.
