Daily Operations

Managing the Daily Agenda View

Use this guide at the front desk during business hours.

Open daily agenda

Start the day from the agenda

Daily Agenda is built for the current workday. It shows what needs attention without making staff scan the full calendar.

Estimated time: about 2 minutes to review at opening.

  1. Open Bookings, then open Daily Agenda.
  2. Confirm the date is today.
  3. Review the total number of bookings, completed visits, canceled visits, and no-shows.
  4. Check the first upcoming bookings before customers arrive.
Use Daily Agenda as the front-desk checklist for today's booking work.

Work each booking

Use the agenda as a simple operating list.

  1. Open the next booking in the list.
  2. Confirm the customer name, service, staff member, and time.
  3. Use the contact details only for business follow-up.
  4. Mark the visit complete after the service is finished.
  5. Use No-show only when the customer did not arrive.

Handle changes during the day

The agenda should stay close to what is happening in the store.

  1. Reschedule from the booking details when the customer still plans to come.
  2. Cancel when the customer says they cannot attend.
  3. Use Modify Booking for step-by-step changes.
  4. Refresh the agenda if another staff member changed the same booking.

End-of-day review

Before closing, clean up today's list.

  1. Mark finished visits as complete.
  2. Confirm unresolved bookings are not left in an unclear state.
  3. Review no-shows with No-Shows.
  4. Check Feedback Inbox the next day for new customer responses.
