The full Terms of Service are the official terms for using Tap2Check-In. This article helps business owners and managers find the right areas to review.

  1. Open the Terms of Service.
  2. Review the account responsibilities for the business.
  3. Review billing, messaging, acceptable use, and service limits.
  4. Save the link where the owner or manager can find it later.

Account responsibility

The business is responsible for how the workspace is used by its team.

  1. Keep sign-in access limited to people who should manage the business.
  2. Use strong passwords and reset them when access is uncertain.
  3. Review Password Reset if an owner or manager cannot sign in.
  4. Contact support if the wrong person appears to have account access.

Customer communication

Messages should be used for real business communication with customers.

  1. Send booking and service messages only for the business relationship.
  2. Use marketing messages only when the customer has proper permission.
  3. Honor STOP and opt-out requests.

Billing and service changes

Owners or managers should review billing terms before changing plans or buying add-ons.

  1. Use Billing FAQ to understand common billing questions.
  2. Confirm who on the team is allowed to make payment decisions.
