- Open the Terms of Service.
- Review the account responsibilities for the business.
- Review billing, messaging, acceptable use, and service limits.
- Save the link where the owner or manager can find it later.
Account responsibility
The business is responsible for how the workspace is used by its team.
- Keep sign-in access limited to people who should manage the business.
- Use strong passwords and reset them when access is uncertain.
- Review Password Reset if an owner or manager cannot sign in.
- Contact support if the wrong person appears to have account access.
Customer communication
Messages should be used for real business communication with customers.
- Send booking and service messages only for the business relationship.
- Use marketing messages only when the customer has proper permission.
- Honor STOP and opt-out requests.

Billing and service changes
Owners or managers should review billing terms before changing plans or buying add-ons.
