Setting Up Services and Categories

Use this guide to prepare the services customers can choose when they book online.

Open services

Build the service list

Services should match what customers ask for at the front desk. Clear names and durations help customers choose the right option.

  1. Open Services from the workspace navigation.
  2. Add or edit a category such as Nails, Pedicure, or Waxing.
  3. Add each service with a clear name.
  4. Set the price and expected duration.

Control what customers can book

Not every internal service needs to appear online. Keep public booking focused on services customers can choose confidently.

  1. Review which services are active.
  2. Hide services that are not ready for online booking.
  3. Confirm staff assignments for each active service.

Review before sharing

Before sharing the booking link, test the service list as a customer.

  1. Open the public booking page.
  2. Choose a few common services.
  3. Confirm that the duration and staff options look right.
