Integrating Booking Link on Google Maps

Use this guide when you are ready to share the Tap2Check-In booking link on Google Business Profile or social pages.

Copy the booking link

Use the Tap2Check-In booking link wherever customers expect to schedule an appointment.

  1. Open Bookings or the booking setup area in the workspace.
  2. Copy the public booking link for the business.
  3. Open the link in a private browser window to confirm it works.

Add it to Google Business Profile

Google Business Profile is managed outside Tap2Check-In. Use the booking link from the workspace, then update the appointment or booking link inside Google.

  1. Sign in to the Google account that manages the business profile.
  2. Open the business profile editing tools.
  3. Paste the Tap2Check-In booking link into the appointment or booking link field.
  4. Save the change and test it from Google Search or Google Maps after it updates.

Share it in other places

Use the same tested booking link on social profiles, website buttons, QR codes, and customer messages.

  1. Add the link to Instagram, Facebook, or the business website.
  2. Use the same link in printed QR material.
  3. Test the link after every major schedule or service update.
