Billing Cycles and Subscription Invoices
Use this guide when an owner or manager has a billing, invoice, or subscription question.
Open subscriptionReview the subscription page
The Subscription page is the first place to check plan status, SMS Token balance, add-ons, and available billing actions.
Estimated time: about 5 minutes for a normal billing review.
- Sign in to the workspace.
- Open Subscription.
- Review the current plan and status.
- Check SMS Token balance before turning on message-heavy workflows.
- Use Tokens & Billing for more detail about SMS Tokens.
Understand billing cycles
Billing cycles depend on the plan and add-ons selected for the business.
- Review the current plan name and renewal details in Subscription.
- Check whether the business is in trial, active paid access, or another visible billing state.
- Confirm who on the team is responsible for payment decisions.
- Contact support@tap2check-in.com if the visible plan status does not match what you expected.
Start paid Early Access
The 14-day trial begins without a payment and includes 100 trial SMS Tokens. You can activate paid Early Access before the trial ends.
- Select Activate Early Access from Subscription.
- If this is the first paid Starter checkout, choose an SMS package or select Skip for now.
- Review the annual plan, any selected one-time SMS package, estimated subtotal, and final tax in the secure checkout.
- Complete payment to start the paid year immediately.
Leaving checkout does not cancel the current trial. An SMS package bought earlier skips the package prompt, and later renewals do not show it. If you skip the package, SMS sending remains unavailable until you buy SMS Tokens.
Find invoices and payment details
Invoices and payment actions may be handled through a secure billing page.
- Open Subscription.
- Look for billing, invoice, checkout, or payment management actions.
- Use only the official billing link shown in the workspace.
- Do not send payment card details by email or support message.
- Email support@tap2check-in.com if an invoice is missing or a charge needs review.
Plan changes and add-ons
Plan changes should be made by an owner or manager who understands the business needs.
- Review booking, customer, messaging, and SMS Token needs before changing plans.
- Confirm the change with the person responsible for payment.
- Keep purchased SMS Token add-ons for real customer communication.
- Review Terms of Service before making a major billing change.
