Adding and Managing Staff Members
Use this guide when setting up the team members who appear in bookings and daily operations.
Open staffAdd the team
Staff profiles help the calendar show who can provide each service. Add every person who should appear in booking or daily scheduling tools.
- Open Staff from the workspace navigation.
- Add the staff member name.
- Choose whether the staff member should be active.
- Save the profile before assigning services or schedules.

Assign services and hours
Service assignments control what customers can book with each staff member.
- Open the staff member profile.
- Select the services that person can perform.
- Review the weekly schedule.
- Save the profile and test one service on the booking page.
Keep the list current
Update the staff list when someone changes their schedule or stops taking bookings.
- Deactivate staff who should not appear online.
- Update schedules before a new week starts.
- Reorder staff if your front desk prefers a specific display order.
