Configuring Your Business Profile
Use this guide to make sure customers see the correct business details before they book.
Open settingsReview customer-facing details
Your business profile controls the details customers use to recognize and contact your business. Review it before sharing booking or review links.
- Open Settings from the workspace navigation.
- Check the business name and address.
- Confirm the public phone number customers should call.
- Add or update the review link if your team sends customers to an external review page.

Keep owner details separate
The public business phone is for customers. Owner or manager contact details should be used for private alerts and account follow-up.
- Keep the public phone focused on customer calls.
- Use the owner contact for important account messages.
- Save changes after updating either phone number.
Check the public page
After saving profile changes, open the public booking page and review what customers see.
- Confirm the business name and address.
- Check that the booking page still opens.
- Ask support for help if the public page shows old information after a few minutes.
