Setting Business Operating Hours
Use this guide to keep online booking availability aligned with the real store schedule.
Open booking settingsSet the weekly schedule
Business hours decide when customers can request available times. Keep them close to the hours your front desk follows.
- Open Bookings, then open Booking Settings.
- Review each weekday.
- Set opening and closing times for days when the business accepts bookings.
- Turn off days when the business is closed.

Add closed days when needed
Use blocked dates or holiday settings when the business is closed for a special day.
- Add the closed date before customers can book it.
- Include a short internal note if your team needs context.
- Save the change and check the public booking page for that date.
Recheck after schedule changes
Any schedule change can affect available booking times. Test one or two future dates after saving.
- Open the public booking page.
- Choose a service and staff member.
- Confirm that only the expected times appear.
