Reaching Out to Customer Support
Use this guide when the business needs help from Tap2Check-In support.
Email supportChoose the right support path
Email is the main public support path for Tap2Check-In. If your account includes another support option, use the contact details shown in your workspace or onboarding message.
Estimated time: about 2 minutes to prepare a clear support request.
- Email support@tap2check-in.com.
- Include the business name.
- Describe what you were trying to do.
- Include the page name, such as Bookings, Customers, Feedback, or Subscription.
- Attach a screenshot only if it does not show private customer information.
What to include
Clear details help support understand the issue faster.
- Say whether the issue affects bookings, messages, billing, sign-in, or setup.
- Include the customer name only when it is needed to find the issue.
- Do not send passwords, payment card details, private codes, or full customer lists.
- Mention when the issue happened, including the date and approximate time.
Where to look first
Some questions can be answered from another Help Center article.
- Use Password Reset if you cannot sign in.
- Use Billing FAQ for subscription or invoice questions.
- Use SMS Program Help for STOP, HELP, consent, privacy, and terms.
- Use Data Deletion for account or customer data removal requests.
Urgent business issues
If the issue blocks business work, make that clear in the subject line.
- Start the email subject with the business name.
- Add a short phrase such as Cannot sign in, Booking page unavailable, or Billing question.
- Include the safest next step you need, such as restore access, review a payment, or check a missing message.
