Confirm the essentials

Before customers use the system, make sure the core setup matches how the business works in real life.

  1. Confirm the business profile and public phone.
  2. Confirm business hours and closed days.
  3. Confirm services, prices, durations, and staff assignments.
  4. Confirm booking alerts and notification settings.

Test as a customer

Run through the public booking flow before sending the link to customers.

  1. Open the public booking page.
  2. Choose a service, staff member, and time.
  3. Confirm that the customer instructions are clear.
  4. Cancel or remove the test booking if it should not stay on the calendar.

Prepare the team

Your team should know where to look during daily work.

  1. Show staff where to find the booking calendar.
  2. Confirm who handles customer changes and cancellations.
  3. Share the support path for questions during the first week.
