- Confirm the business profile and public phone.
- Confirm business hours and closed days.
- Confirm services, prices, durations, and staff assignments.
- Confirm booking alerts and notification settings.

Test as a customer
Run through the public booking flow before sending the link to customers.
- Open the public booking page.
- Choose a service, staff member, and time.
- Confirm that the customer instructions are clear.
- Cancel or remove the test booking if it should not stay on the calendar.
Prepare the team
Your team should know where to look during daily work.
- Show staff where to find the booking calendar.
- Confirm who handles customer changes and cancellations.
- Share the support path for questions during the first week.
