Customer information

Customers may provide information when they book, check in, leave feedback, or receive messages from the business.

  1. Ask only for details your team needs for service, booking, feedback, or follow-up.
  2. Keep customer notes short and professional.
  3. Do not place private health, payment card, password, or sensitive identity details in customer notes.
  4. Use Data Deletion when a customer asks for personal information to be removed.

Business and team information

Business account details help Tap2Check-In provide the workspace and support the account.

  1. Keep the business name, public contact details, and owner contact details current.
  2. Give staff access only when they need it for daily work.
  3. Remove or update staff access when someone leaves the team.
  4. Contact support@tap2check-in.com if account details appear under the wrong business.
