Get help with a message
- Read the business/sender and message purpose. Do not follow unexpected links or disclose passwords in an SMS reply.
- Reply HELP in the message thread for program help where supported, or email support@tap2check-in.com.
- Use https://tap2check-in.com/help as the public SMS Help destination. Business operators can also inspect Message History.
- When contacting support, include the sender/business, approximate receipt time and issue. Avoid sending unrelated customer conversations.
Stop or restart texts
- Reply STOP to opt out of messages from that sender/program.
- Keep the thread so you can review the confirmation. Do not ask the business to bypass an opt-out using another phone or sender.
- If supported by the sender, START can be used to opt back in. Check the resulting confirmation rather than assuming every sender supports the same restart flow.
- A previous booking/check-in is not automatically consent to future promotions. The customer's marketing choice must remain separate.
Business operator checks
Read any skipped message outcome before retrying. Tap2Check-In handles messaging registration. Keep customer permission, contact details and SMS balance current. Purchasing Tokens does not override consent suppression.
