Review and enable automation rules
Configure the supported rules, inspect the final preview and audience, then enable only the workflows you intend to run.

Review before enabling
Open Automation. Supported rules are prepared in the off state when the workspace is first opened; opening the page does not mean campaigns should begin. The business can configure/toggle supported rules, not create or delete the system's rule definitions.
Configure one rule
- Open the intended rule and read its purpose and trigger summary.
- Choose the supported channel and timing/trigger settings. Check business timezone and any eligibility limits displayed.
- If an offer is supported, enter only a discount the salon can fulfil and review its conditions.
- Read Preview and readiness, including final SMS/email, subject, eligible/excluded audience and consent information.
- Check SMS balance and messaging readiness for SMS. A selected channel may remain unavailable while its sending capability is off.
- Save the settings, then enable the rule only when you intend its future eligible runs.
Monitor or pause
Review the active/paused groups and delivery information. Use Message History to investigate one message. Pause the relevant rule when future operation is no longer wanted; inspect any pending work rather than assuming already-sent messages can be recalled.
Understand what does not change
System message definitions are not free-form business templates. Changes do not rewrite bodies already queued/rendered or historical sends. Missing consent, opt-out, schedule/eligibility limits and insufficient Tokens can prevent sending. Do not turn on all rules as a test.
