Message History Help

Use this when a business wants to confirm what happened to a customer message.

Read message status

Message History explains whether a message was sent, waiting, skipped, or needs action. Business-facing messages focus on the outcome and next step.

  1. Open Message History from the workspace navigation.
  2. Filter by booking, marketing, or automation.
  3. Review the status and the visible next action.

When a message is skipped

A skipped message usually means the customer was not eligible for that message, the channel was off, or the phone could not receive SMS. Contact support if the reason is unclear.
