- Open Message History from the workspace navigation.
- Filter by booking, marketing, or automation.
- Review the status and the visible next action.
When a message is skipped
A skipped message usually means the customer was not eligible for that message, the channel was off, or the phone could not receive SMS. Contact support if the reason is unclear.
