View upcoming bookings

Bookings are organized by time, status, and assigned staff so the team can quickly see what is happening today.

  1. Open Bookings from the workspace navigation.
  2. Choose the day or week view.
  3. Use booking status to decide whether a visit needs action.

Change a booking

When a customer needs a different time, use the booking tools so the calendar, reminders, and history stay aligned.

  1. Open the booking details.
  2. Choose the action that matches the customer request.
  3. Confirm the new time or status before leaving the page.
